Land Foreclosures
It started over 4 years ago for us here in the Albuquerque / Rio Rancho area. We saw a boom beyond comparison - turn into total silence. We at Excalibur Realty have worked very hard on our vacant land listings, but in todays real estate market it takes time when it has changed so drastically. We believe that vacant land sales felt a burst of the bubble by January 1st 2006. Four years of recession is time enough for people to get tired of waiting and to come out looking for deals.
And DEALS we have in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
We are working for a few local banks that specialized in land and construction lending in and around Albuquerque but mainly in Rio Rancho.
